Return Policy

RadScan currently offers a 90 Day Full Warranty Replacement. RadScan warrants goods sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship from date of acceptance.

RadScan Medical Equipment, Inc. warrants this medical table product as follows:

What is covered: Defects in material or workmanship
For How Long: Ninety days from receipt.
What We Will Do: Replace the product.

What You Must Do to Get a Replacement Product:

1. Contact your vendor or email, FAX, or call us.
2. Give your name, address, and date of purchase.
3. We will arrange disposition of the defective product and provide a replacement.

Other Limitations: This warranty does not cover products that have been lost, stolen, or damaged by accident,
misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

No Other Warranty: We make no other warranty, express or implied, to you or any other person or entity.

No Liability for Consequential Damages: We will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or
similar damages. This means we are not responsible or liable for damages or costs incurred due to loss of time, loss
of savings, loss of profits or revenue, or loss of use of the product. Additionally, we are not responsible or liable for
damages or costs in connection with claims by others, inconvenience, or similar costs. In no event will our liability for
any damages to you, any other person or entity, exceed the replacement cost of the product.

No Unauthorized Changes of Warranty: Statements by agents, employees, and distributors such as advertising or
presentations, do not constitute warranties by RadScan Medical Equipment, do not bind RadScan Medical Equipment,
and should not be relied upon.

Country/State Law Rights: Some country/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for returns received within 90 days from the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.
  • Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility
